As a naive, older (we are in our 60’s) novice, to this internet stuff;
it’s very comforting having the same point of contact (you) if it is required.
Also, your responses are usually so immediate, we have limited downtime when I
have inadvertently caused a hiccup.

I totally understand that you could have charged us way way way more than you did. Your ethics are unquestionable and reflect your business. As a new business, we needed a website. Having
our first website designed was a disappointing and frustrating

Ian, of MRM Websites is a very patient and considerate man. He needs to be when dealing with a small technophobic non profit organization such as PILLARS.
Ian designed our website over 2 years ago and has hosted the site since that time. Besides his skill at building the site, he has taught different staff how to administer our site to update information and expand the pages. He provides a most helpful, knowledgeable and conscientious service in building and maintaining our website.
